Our resurfacing and collagen-remodelling treatments prompt your skin to rebuild the collagen in and around a mark, so it sits flatter, feels smoother and blends more closely with the skin around it.
Every mark is different, so we look closely at the type, age and colour of yours and how your skin heals, then build a plan that suits it.

Treatment options at our clinic
- Secret PRO CO₂: fractional laser skin resurfacing, often chosen at our clinic for acne scars and textured scarring. Intensive CO₂ treatments are performed by our physicians, and lighter CO₂ treatments by our senior laser technicians.
- Secret RF microneedling on the same platform: dermal remodelling for scars, texture and stretch marks, performed by our senior laser technicians.
- HALO Hybrid Fractional Laser: for treating surface texture and tone together across an area.
- PicoWay: for leftover colour, such as brown discolouration around an older scar.
Many plans combine two of these, staged over several months. A very new scar is usually given time to mature first, and we'll let you know when it's ready.

Newer stretch marks respond especially well. While they're still pink, red or purple, the tissue is active and more responsive, so earlier treatment is a good idea.
Deeper skin tones can usually be treated, with conservative settings that build up as your skin responds.
If you form thick or spreading scars easily, we'll plan a careful, individual approach with you.

Your consultation
You'll meet one of our senior laser technicians or cosmetic health and skincare advisors, who examine your marks directly, including in side lighting, which shows depressed scarring most clearly.
We assess the type of scar or stretch mark, its depth, colour, age and location, how far it has matured, and your skin tone and healing tendency.
We'll ask about how the marks came about, any history of keloid or thickened scars, how your skin has healed before, isotretinoin use, cold sores, sun exposure and tanning, medications, and pregnancy or breastfeeding.
You leave with a clear picture of how much each mark is likely to change and a plan that fits your goals.
Cosmetic consultations are complimentary. When you book a treatment, we take a card on file. New clients pay a $150 deposit that goes toward their treatment, and a $150 no-show fee applies if an appointment is missed.

Your plan. Treatment is a course spaced weeks apart, set against the type and extent of your marks. Scar improvement generally holds once achieved, and some patients choose further sessions later to build on it.

Sun protection comes first. Treated scars and stretch marks pigment easily, so daily sunscreen, and clothing over treated body areas, keeps them blending well.
Moisturize consistently. Scar tissue is often drier than the skin around it, and hydrated skin is more comfortable through recovery.
Pause and restart actives on advice. Retinoids and exfoliating acids usually stop before treatment and restart once your skin has settled.
