Tools Within an Individualized Plan

Technologies Are One Part of Your Care

Learn about the devices, materials and medical approaches that may be considered within an individualized treatment plan. Each technology has a specific clinical role. Technologies that appear similar may affect different tissues, work at different depths or be intended for different concerns. Medical direction helps determine whether a technology is appropriate, how it should be used, and whether another approach may be more suitable.

Technology selection follows the concern, the assessment and individual suitability — not simply the name of a device or material.

Clinical Role First

The device is not the treatment decision.

A technology may support a treatment plan only after the concern, intended treatment, medical context and individual suitability have been considered. Brand recognition does not make two platforms equivalent, and a familiar device name does not make it the right choice.

Technology Groups

Grouped by technology type and clinical function.

The grouping helps explain what kind of tool something is before any individual device or material is considered.

01

Lasers & Energy

Laser, light, radiofrequency and ultrasound platforms can act at different depths and on different tissue targets. They are not interchangeable, and the right role depends on the concern and assessment.

02

Skin Health & Regenerative

Skin-health and regenerative approaches have different intended roles and levels of evidence for different applications. Selection should follow the treatment goal and individual suitability.

03

Injectables & Biostimulators

Injectable materials differ in composition, behavior, duration and intended role. Anatomy, indication, dose and treatment planning matter more than a product name alone.

04

Threads & Lifting

Thread-based approaches have specific limitations and are not substitutes for every degree or type of tissue laxity. Suitability depends on anatomy and the amount of change being considered.

05

Body Contouring & Muscle

Body-contouring and muscle technologies use different mechanisms and are intended for different goals. They are not interchangeable and are not a substitute for individualized medical assessment.

06

Hair & Scalp

Hair and scalp technologies should be considered only after the pattern of hair or scalp change has been understood and an appropriate care pathway has been identified.

07

Intimate Health

Intimate-health technologies require private assessment and careful selection. This clinic’s current technology grouping is limited to Alma Duo, diVa and PRP-based approaches.

Other Technologies

Some technologies have a narrower or context-specific role. Their presence in the library does not mean they are appropriate for every person or every concern.

Browse by technology type and clinical function. Similar-looking platforms are not automatically interchangeable, and a device should never be treated as a stand-alone care decision.

You do not have to figure out the next step alone.

Bring the concern, question, treatment name or technology you are curious about. The clinic can help you understand where it fits and what an appropriate next step may be.

The Patient Journey

Each part of the website has a different job.

Moving from concern to treatment to technology keeps the decision in the right order: understand what is bothering you, consider what may be done, then understand which tools may support that plan.

The Principle to Keep

A Technology Is One Part of Care — Not the Decision-Maker.

The concern, assessment, treatment goal and individual suitability come first. Technology is considered only in that context.
